A very harmonious blend of Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%) and Mourvèdre (10%) grapes, aged for18 months before bottling. Aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate are followed by a smooth-textured palate and a long finish. No oak barrels are used so the purity of the fruit is allowed to express itself. The village of Rasteau has its own unique micro-climate in which the grapes achieve perfect ripeness almost every year.
